Stranton Academy Trust

Hi Jamie,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your presentation today. There was great feedback from all of the schools who were inspired and motivated by your speech. It very much fitted with what we wanted to get over to staff and the messages you delivered were spot on.
Hope your England meeting went well tonight and many thanks again.

“Jamie’s leadership qualities in sport go without question – what is just as impressive is his ability to translate his experience into powerful lessons for life and business and communicate those ideas in an engaging, authentic and compelling way.
Jamie has led two sessions with the management team at Newcastle Building Society which have been received with a universally positive response and have helped us make a great start to 2019.”

Dark Horses

“I’ve followed Jamie’s career closely and have had the pleasure of getting to know him over the last 10 years.
He’s been an inspiration to everyone he’s played with and the fans that followed his highly decorated career.
When the opportunity presented itself to bring Jamie into the agency to talk to the team I didn’t hesitate.
His insights on leadership, teamwork, motivation and work ethic provided a fascinating couple of hours for all of us and we’ve already booked in a second session in the spring.
I would highly recommended using Jamie if your looking for an inspirational leader to galvanise and stimulate a team.”

Bespoke Hotels

“Jamie was an inspirational after dinner speaker at Bespoke Hotels “High Performance Management” Conference held recently at the Chester Grosvenor Hotel.
He spoke with passion and humour and managed to engage full focus with the audience of over 80 guests. He has an incredible story which resonated with everyone in the room as many levels. His “White flag” talk fitted perfectly with the contents of our day and Jamie also kindly presented the awards to our high company achievers on the evening.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Jamie for similar events, and feel our team really has something to take away from his valuable words”

Infinity Works

“I met JP along with a number of other companies when I was looking at a scheme to help mentor some of the senior staff at IW. JP’s authenticity stood out for me. He’s “walked the walk” for sure, but there is not a hint of arrogance in him and it’s ultimately why I thought he’d be fantastic fit for the staff at IW. The lack of ego is brilliant and humbling.
His background is totally different from IT, but there are many parallels with how you deal with people and how you can push yourself to achieve the goals you’ve maybe not quite hit in the past. JP exceeded my expectations. His keynote was fantastic, but the extended mentoring scheme has been so good that we are having him do it again with another 6 members of staff.
If you are looking for someone to challenge and help your staff achieve their work life goals, then I’m sure JP will be able to assist you.”

Sewell Group

Thursday, February 28th, 2019

“Developing true leaders in business from the host of committed and technically competent is really difficult, but essential if the organisation is to reach its potential and thrive. There are mostly lots of decent managers but never enough leaders!

At Sewell Group we had identified a group of 16 who showed the potential to make the step up but a spark was lacking to make them properly self aware and motivated to embark on the journey with passion & confidence. Normal business training & development techniques were not working and we needed to try something different and inspirational

Jamie Peacocks “Building Champions” programme was just that and I would recommend it to anyone who wants something different in the development of their most precious resource – their people.”

We were really pleased that Jamie could join us for our inaugural Yorkshire Leadership Awards as our keynote speaker. He shared some great anecdotes of his leadership experience playing rugby league at both club and international level. Feedback from our 230-strong audience was very positive.
