“Working with Jamie Peacock is an eye-opening experience, not to mention a highly pleasurable one. A wonderful alchemy of insightful observations that enables leaders to improve their game, and the utter simplicity that Jamie brings to the whole engagement.

JP has designed a wonderfully compact package which focuses on the individual whilst reminding people that leadership is also a team game. Simple, effective, engaging and delivered in a personal manner.”

“We used JP to deliver his session around the principles of a ‘Champion Team’ during a mid-year review session for our team at Blue Machinery Spares Ltd. The delivery and content was first class and our team were highly engaged throughout. There are things in JP’s session that everyone can take away and use regardless of business or role.

JP is professional and personable, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with.”

ISG

“ISG Construction held its half year Northern Project Leaders forum in Manchester bringing together its Project leaders from the North East, North west and Midlands for a day of team building and focus on our strategy for the second half of 22.

JP attended the event and delivered his 12 principles of Success Champion teams motivational speech to the team and although many in the room were not Rugby league fans it resonated with everyone at a personal and professional level in terms of managing one’s wellbeing/mental health/discipline and how to be the best version of yourself and get the best out of your team. There are many take away’ s from this motivational speech and the feedback I have had from our Project leaders on how they will implement the 12 steps into their daily lives and how they intend using the guidance to motivate their teams has been excellent. I would highly recommend JP’s motivational Speech to any organisation who has people leading teams and want their staff to perform at the highest level.”

Jamie delivered a wellbeing lunch and learn session as part of our mental health and wellbeing programme. The session was broken down into 4 pillars, and the aim was to encourage us to make some small changes over the next 30 days which can make a big difference to your general wellbeing. The session was motivational with lots of advice and helped me develop a more positive attitude and commitment to making some improvements in my daily habits.

As a rugby league fan I knew Jamie and of his numerous achievements. We had some discussions about how he could potentially help our business and help us build on our leadership capability, and to help support and embed our leadership and behavioural competencies. I attended the Building Champions 30 day programme.

The sessions were inspirational, motivational, and interesting but most of all I was impressed with how he could translate his own real life situations and relate them to the business world. Jamie is extremely emotionally intelligent, is very supportive, and easy to work with.

I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Jamie to other businesses who were considering using his services – the feedback from our leaders and managers has been excellent!

We’ve been fortunate to have Jamie support our Academy cohorts over the years with his inspiring 30 Day Champion Teams workshop. The sessions have been vital in helping our Academites reconsider their day to day in order to change their mindsets and function more efficiently and productively as part of a team; tools that will be invaluable both within Infinity Works and beyond. Jamie’s wealth of experience, paired with his relatable and engaging style, has gone down a storm time and time again. Thank you again Jamie, we’re sure there’s lots more to come.

The session with Jamie was perfect for our students to hear as they start their Year 11 journey. His seven principles are a perfect message for anyone who wants to fulfil their potential. The anecdotes he uses to illustrate his points are powerful, and our students could easily relate to them. The students were captivated by the honest stories of his own journey to success, and follow-up sessions I have done with the students showed they remembered the messages and were trying to apply his fundamental principles. We will definitely look to invite Jamie into school as part of our KS 4 programme in the future.

Jamie inspired our managers with a talk on what it takes to be a Champion Team. A great presentation based on 12 principles that was relevant whether you had awareness of sport or not. Engaging, honest and motivating content that was told from experience really resonated with the room. If you are looking to inspire a group about the role of leadership, commitment and being your best then I’d highly recommend Jamie.

Jamie recently delivered his ‘Be a Champion’ talk to our Year 9 pupils here at Castleford Academy. From the very beginning of the talk her had every pupils attention. Feedback from both staff and pupils who were present in the session has been fantastic, with many pupils discussing Jamie’s story for the remainder of the day. His story ensured pupils understood the importance of hard work, focus, a positive attitude and going the extra mile in order to be successful. We would highly recommend Jamie’s Be Champion Talk and we look forward to welcoming him back into the Academy in the future.

Thank you for coming along to speak to our Level 3, Y1 sports students I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was obvious that the students and staff did too. It was inspiring, genuine and down to earth. Although the talk was obviously based on a sporting career, it was accessible and pertinent to all, even the non-sports fraternity such as myself.

I took so much away from it that I will refer back to, if the students only took half as much I will be extremely happy!
