Jamie presented to a mix of 130 industrial, technical, administrative and managerial staff at our end of year review. His messages on teamwork were all highly relatable to the IUS team and supported our business ethics; commitment to the plan, knowing your team and not tolerating unacceptable behaviours. The audience was totally engaged by Jamie’s thought provoking presentation linking his sporting achievements to the workplace. We have had brilliant feedback from the attendees, motivated by Jamie, to have belief that we can succeed as individuals and as a team.
