Having previously heard good things about Jamie’s Champions Programmes and his style of delivery I was keen to get him on board to work with some of our teams. Investing in our staff is key at Byworth, but finding the right courses isn’t always easy. We went into the programme with an open mind, hungry to learn and eager to get better.
