Wow, wow, wow! Jamie took things back to basics but with impact, and really made the session interactive and enabled a good reflection! It was really the reminder I needed to prioritise my bodies needs to encourage positive and healthy change in my routine to succeed. Can't wait to take on the 30-day programme and see the change.

Jamie came to deliver a talk during our wellbeing week in our office. Jamie shared with us how he maintained and sustained his wellbeing even when life throws you challenges, and Jamie gave us tips on how we can make achievable changes which will positively impact our overall wellbeing. The session was really engaging and as a group we shared ideas with one another about how we could focus on our wellbeing. Jamie also shared with each of us a copy of his 30 days wellbeing programme which we are excited to complete. I highly recommend Jamie's talk on wellbeing, I learnt a lot and I have started to make small changes which will make a big overall impact.
